"Terrible to make claims with. Misrepresentation at its finest! Told coverage is one thing while the coverage states another and not wanting to take accountability for that!"

"I’m very sorry to here your experience. unfortunately our data is showing a little bit different than what your indicating for your review. We are showing we paid you over $6,000 for a new air conditioner unit. If the unit has failed please direct your frustration at the manufacturer and the installer we are just the funds behind the claim that in my opinion we paid top dollar for. If I can assist you in any other way please give the office a call we want nothing more than to provide excellent customer service but we are not air conditioner repair men."

"If you are looking for GREAT SERVICE and KNOWLEDGE from your insurance agent, look no further. I spoke with Josh here and he was able to point out flaws in my current policy that could have cost me a LOT of money if an accident happened. He also helped me look over my current life insurance policy that I was paying a lot of money for. I was able to move it over, get nearly double the coverage for less (because I have lost weight and quit smoking). My previous carrier never asked those questions. Give him a call. Let him look at your stuff too!"

"I was shopping around for new car and home insurance. I had been in “Good Hands” for over 20 years. I was referred to Trey based on a lot of positive feedback about him and his staff. I ended up working with Elisha and she awesome. She answered all my questions and explained everything perfectly. At the end of the day I got much better coverage. All of this and my premiums went down over thirty percent on both my home and automobile insurance. When I went to the office to finalize everything I met with Elisha and Trey and everybody was very friendly and genuine. If you’re looking for insurance be sure to check them out.
