"I was shopping around for new car and home insurance. I had been in “Good Hands” for over 20 years. I was referred to Trey based on a lot of positive feedback about him and his staff. I ended up working with Elisha and she awesome. She answered all my questions and explained everything perfectly. At the end of the day I got much better coverage including a million dollar liability umbrella coverage that applies to both my home and car insurance. All of this and my premiums went down over thirty percent on both my home and automobile insurance. When I went to the office to finalize everything I met with Elisha and Trey and everybody was very friendly and genuine. If you’re looking for insurance be sure to check them out. I shopped three companies and this was by far the best choice!"

"Really good customer service from my experience. Friendly reminder texts when I have a bill due, it saved me on multiple occasions. I was able to transfer my insurance easily earlier this year from one vehicle to another. Also, I’m supposed to mention Elisha. Because she was the one to help me and ask me to write a review."

"While on the highway for a family visit, I had an unfortunate mishap and from the start State Farm was there for me each step of the way and might I add in an extremely timely manner. My vehicle was temporarily repaired so I could retur home and have it repaired. Unfortunately I encountered some issues with the repair facility, but again Jody and State farm was there ensuring that any help that they could offer was available. Jody would check in consistently checking on the progress and even on a couple of occasions, assisted in getting necessary paperwork to the proper claims team. Again , no issues and nothing but sincere gratitude to State Farm for turning this stressful experience totally around. Glad to have them behind me for over 30+ years."
